Earth Hour is an initiative to raise awareness of a worldwide energy conservation effort to help combat climate change. It is an annual event created by the World Wide Fund for Nature/World Wildlife Fund (WWF) held every last Saturday of March.

LUGAIT INVASION was a unique event during the Lugait Fiesta celebration this year. It was presented by the Lugait LGU and Iligan Airsoft Gamers (ILAGA), in cooperation with SMART, Holcim & San Miguel Beer. The Airsoft competition was held in Lugait Central Quadrangle on January 17-18, 2009.
